had a bit of a scare today.
i just was going to get some meds refilled, but i was having a panic attack when they checked my vitals.
they insisted i go to my doctor immediately.
I was 201/98 during the panic attack. After a xanax to calm down, I was back at 157/72, which is where I normally am. I have never had problems with high blood pressure, so that shocked me.
Has anyone else had BP spikes when in a similar situation?

Had a bit of a scare today. I just was going to get some meds refilled, but I was having a panic attack when they checked my vitals. They insisted I go to my Doctor immediately. Fortunately, I had calmed down by then, and my BP was back in normal range.
But there for a while, they almost convinced me I was gonna die, which didn't help.

about a month ago, i wrote a post about a sister that keeps coming to my apartment giving me watchtowers.

she is in her late 50's.
50 isn't dead, but you do start to smell funny.

i went and saw the book of mormon when i was in nyc last week.
it was superb.

this year is not going so great.
lost my love, got forgotten on my birthday, car got hit the day before my birthday, car got hit yet again last weekend, and today i got a flat tire.
what the f did i do to karma to deserve this crap?

thank you for all of your support durning the two difficult weeks my mother was on her death bed.
last night at 10:30pm she breath her last with my sister and i by her side.
this is a real end of an era for me as i have known little these past 8 years other than taking care of my parents.
My sincere condolences.
